DIGITAL MARKETING FAQs:

Roughly 3 billion people use Facebook monthly. That’s almost half of the world’s population! Surly, not all of these users will be your target audience, but your post have the potential to be visible to hundreds of millions of customers every day.

The question is which businesses don’t post on Facebook? Posting on Facebook is one of the most cost-efficient methods of both online and offline advertising. This is valid even for Instagram and other social media platforms.

Social media is the best way to build a brand for your business. It allows you to use your imagination and be creative and fun. It also helps to build trust for your business. People are cautious of scams these days and a business with a professional website plus an active social media presence is more likely to be trusted than one without.

Most Australian adults spend almost 2 hours on social media daily. This is why it’s such a valuable resource for businesses to reach their target customers. You can advertise your brand message on a platform where your potential customers spend almost 2 hours every day.

This depends on which platform you are using and who your target audience is. Picture based content is very important whether you use Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn as your main social media. You should vary your content between pictures, videos and website blog content to prevent your audience from getting bored with the same type of posts all the time.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (VA) FAQs:

A VA can perform all the following tasks and more:

  • Manage your customer communication such as calls, chats and email etc.
  • Manage your admin tasks such as documentation, product listing, order handling etc.
  • Manage your social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.

a) The client informs us about the tasks they need a VA for, such as customer call management, emails, chat, documenting, cold calling, social media management and much more.

b) We then select the most suitable VA from our experienced team.

c) The client starts to communicate with the selected VA via teleconference, chat and email constantly to ensure that the VA follows their instructions and requirements and delivers the results on schedule.

You can communicate with your VA in any way you find convenient. Phone call, chatting via applications such as Skype, Whatsapp, email and online teleconferencing.

a) Your business phone number (the number you receive customer calls on) will be forwarded to the Virtual Assistants work station.

b) The VA will then answer your customers calls with your customised greeting and provide the information that needs to be communicated to your clients.

c) The VA collects and reports the information/data you request from your clients.

Your VA will follow your instructions. Its therefore essential that you provide clear requirements and instructions to your VA via teleconference, email, documents, chat etc. If you want your VA to use specific business related tools that your VA isn’t already familiar with, you will need to train your VA on how to use those specific tools or applications.
